e-point Receives Siła Przyciągania Recognition for Best Employee Onboarding Program
On November 21, 2018, e-point SA won the Siła Przyciągania category of Best New Employee Induction Program: Onboarding. This award is an outstanding achievement that recognizes how much e-point is committed to the power of teamwork.
Onboarding is the process of integrating a new employee into an organization. During onboarding, newcomers are given the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their position. What makes the e-point onboarding process unique is that we pass on knowledge at the personal level as well as the strategic and procedural level. Our onboarding is not a one-time action; it’s a true process that continues for six months and makes the new employee feel cared for and welcome in the e-point team. We attach great importance to personal development and community, as these ensure a sense of belonging and stability and allow the new hire to identify with company values. We give new employees a variety of tools – such as Interest Guilds, the Gallup StrengthsFinder Survey (which helps identify and develop individuals’ strengths), and membership in the e-point Academy – to assist them with their personal and professional growth.
