What's new in the financial industry? Conclusions from the XII Insurance and Payment Services Forum
Digitalization of the industry and solutions for mobile users - these topics usually reccured during the autumn conferences for the financial sector.
Portal as heart of communication
For financial institutions, the internet portal is the heart of communication. Via the portal, they can educate clients, support them in the decision-making process and enable convenient self-service. We talked about it together with Magdalena Kicińska, Managing Director Marketing & PR PZU during the XII edition of the Insurance Forum.
We focused on:
- implementation of the client-centricity imperative in practice: how to help users make decisions and self-service?
- combining the new PZU digital scene with what are strengths of this company in building relationships with clients for almost 20,000 agents,
- a wide range of services and functions that it realizes: from the presentation of the offer through self-service to recruitment functions and investor relations.
The topic of digitization of the insurance sector was also taken up in the discussion panel after the PZU case study presentation. Not only inspirational examples of successes, but also instructive failures were recalled. Presented examples of successful projects include robotic automation of processes in back-office or online loss adjustment processes.
